Ingredients

  • 250g tapioca flour
  • 120ml whole milk
  • 60ml vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 150g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 100g grated mozzarella cheese

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    In a saucepan, combine milk, oil, and salt. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat.

    Pour hot mixture over tapioca flour in a bowl and stir until combined. Let cool slightly.

    Add the egg and mix well until smooth. Fold in both cheeses until evenly distributed.

    Roll dough into small balls and place on baking sheet with space between each.

    Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and puffed.
