Thai Larb Gai Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients

  • 300g ground chicken
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 3 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp palm sugar
  • 2 tbsp toasted rice powder
  • 3 shallots, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 tsp dried chili flakes
  • 1 head butter lettuce

Instructions

    Cook ground chicken in a dry pan over medium heat, breaking it apart until fully cooked through.

    Remove from heat and transfer to a mixing bowl to cool slightly.

    Combine fish sauce, lime juice, and palm sugar, stirring until sugar dissolves.

    Pour dressing over chicken, add toasted rice powder, shallots, and chili flakes, then toss well.

    Fold in fresh mint and cilantro leaves gently.

    Serve immediately in crisp butter lettuce cups.
