Ingredients
- 500g semolina flour
- 100g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp dry yeast
- 300ml warm water
- 100g softened butter
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 tbsp honey for serving
- 50g butter for serving
Instructions

1Mix semolina, flour, salt, sugar, and yeast in a bowl. Gradually add warm water and knead until smooth and elastic.

2Divide dough into 8 balls, cover and let rest for 20 minutes.

3Mix softened butter with oil. Flatten each ball on an oiled surface into a thin square, brushing with butter mixture.

4Fold the edges toward the center to form a square, then fold again to create layers.

5Cook on a lightly oiled griddle over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.

6Serve warm with drizzled honey and a pat of butter.
