Ingredients
- 4 fresh cornetti pastries
- 150g fresh spring strawberry jam
- 30g powdered sugar for dusting
- 4 cups freshly brewed cappuccino
- 1 fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions

1Warm the cornetti in a preheated oven at 160°C for 5 minutes until slightly crispy on the outside.

2Carefully slice each cornetto horizontally and spread generous amounts of spring strawberry jam inside.

3Dust with powdered sugar and garnish with fresh mint.
