Ingredients
- 3 large ripe tomatoes
- 250g fresh mozzarella di bufala
- 1 bunch fresh basil leaves
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
- to taste sea salt
- to taste freshly ground black pepper
Instructions

1Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella into rounds of equal thickness, about 5mm each.

2Arrange alternating slices of tomato and mozzarella on a serving plate in an overlapping pattern.

3Tuck fresh basil leaves between the slices.

4Drizzle generously with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze.

5Season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. Serve immediately at room temperature.
