Ingredients
- 400g cooked chickpeas
- 1 medium onion, finely diced
- 2 medium tomatoes, diced
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 green chili, minced
- 3 tbsp tamarind chutney
- 1 tbsp mint chutney
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
- 1/4 cup fresh coriander, chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- to taste salt
- handful sev for garnish
Instructions

1Rinse and drain the cooked chickpeas and place them in a large mixing bowl.

2Add the diced onion, tomatoes, cucumber, and minced green chili to the bowl.

3Drizzle the tamarind chutney and mint chutney over the mixture.

4Sprinkle chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, and salt, then add lemon juice.

5Toss everything together gently until well combined.

6Transfer to serving bowls, garnish with fresh coriander and sev, and serve immediately.
