Ingredients
- 1/2 cup jasmine rice
- 400ml coconut milk
- 300ml water
- 2 tbsp palm sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 ripe banana, sliced
- 2 tbsp toasted coconut flakes
Instructions

1Rinse jasmine rice until water runs clear, then drain.

2In a medium saucepan, combine rice, coconut milk, and water. Bring to a gentle boil.

3Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally until rice is soft and creamy.

4Stir in palm sugar and salt until dissolved.

5Serve hot in bowls topped with banana slices and toasted coconut flakes.
