Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 50g smoked salmon
- 2 slices bread
- 25g butter
- 2 tbsp cream
- 1 lemon
- to taste salt and pepper
- 1 tsp fresh dill
Instructions

1Toast the bread slices until golden brown and butter generously while still warm.

2Crack eggs into a bowl and beat together with cream, salt, and pepper.

3Melt remaining butter in a non-stick pan over medium-low heat.

4Pour in egg mixture and stir gently and continuously until soft, creamy curds form, approximately 3-4 minutes.

5Arrange smoked salmon on the buttered toast.

6Spoon scrambled eggs onto the salmon and toast.

7Garnish with fresh dill and a squeeze of lemon juice.
