Ingredients
- 800 g chicken breast, cut into chunks
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 3 tablespoons tikka masala paste
- 400 ml coconut cream
- 400 g canned tomatoes
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions

1Marinate chicken in yogurt, 1 tablespoon tikka paste, salt, and pepper for 30 minutes.

2Heat oil in a large pan and add cumin seeds until fragrant.

3Add onions and cook until golden brown, about 8 minutes.

4Stir in garlic and ginger, cook for 2 minutes.

5Add remaining tikka paste and cook for 1 minute until aromatic.

6Pour in canned tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes.

7Add the marinated chicken and cook for 15 minutes until cooked through.

8Stir in coconut cream and simmer for another 10 minutes.

9Season with salt and pepper to taste.

10Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with rice or naan.
