Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 medium carrot
- 150g zucchini
- 150g mushrooms
- 100g bean sprouts
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons gochujang (Korean red pepper paste)
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions

1Blanch spinach for 2 minutes, drain, and season with sesame oil, garlic, and salt.

2Julienne the carrot and zucchini, sauté separately in a pan for 3 minutes with sesame oil and salt.

3Sauté sliced mushrooms with sesame oil, garlic, and salt until tender.

4Blanch bean sprouts for 2 minutes, drain, and season with sesame oil, garlic, and salt.

5Divide cooked rice between two bowls.

6Arrange each vegetable in a section on top of the rice.

7Fry two eggs sunny-side up in a pan.

8Place one fried egg on top of each bowl.

9Mix gochujang with 1 tablespoon sesame oil and 2 tablespoons water to create sauce.

10Drizzle sauce over each bowl and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

11Mix everything together before eating.
