Ingredients
- 800g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 2 cups steamed rice
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 zucchini, julienned

1Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, minced garlic, and rice wine vinegar in a bowl to create the marinade.

2Add the thinly sliced beef to the marinade and mix well, ensuring all pieces are coated. Let marinate for 15 minutes.

3Heat a large skillet or grill pan over high heat until very hot.

4Cook the marinated beef in batches for 2-3 minutes per side until caramelized and cooked through. Do not overcrowd the pan.

5In the same pan, quickly sauté the julienned carrot and zucchini for 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp.

6Serve the bulgogi beef over steamed rice, top with vegetables, and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
