Ingredients
- 800g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 carrots, julienned
- 200g mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions

1In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, sesame oil, ginger, and green onions.

2Add the thinly sliced beef to the marinade and mix well. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes.

3Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat until very hot.

4Add the marinated beef and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently until browned. Remove and set aside.

5In the same skillet, add onion, carrots, and mushrooms. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.

6Return the beef to the skillet and toss everything together for 1-2 minutes.

7Divide cooked rice into serving bowls and top with the bulgogi beef and vegetables.

8Garnish with sesame seeds and serve immediately while hot.
