Ingredients
- 2 pita breads, cut into triangles and toasted
- 4 cups mixed greens (lettuce, arugula, parsley)
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup radishes, sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon sumac
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

1Cut pita breads into triangles and toast in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy

2Wash and prepare all vegetables, cutting them into bite-sized pieces

3In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, sumac, salt, and pepper to make the dressing

4In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, radishes, and fresh mint

5Pour the dressing over the salad just before serving and toss gently
