Ingredients

  • 1 pita bread
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 4 radishes, thinly sliced
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp sumac
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions

    Toast or fry the pita bread until golden and crispy, then break into bite-sized pieces.

    Combine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, radishes, green onions, mint, and parsley in a large bowl.

    Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, sumac, garlic, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.

    Pour dressing over vegetables and toss well.

    Add crispy pita chips just before serving and toss gently.
