- 1 cup rice flour
- 1.5 cups water
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 200 grams ground pork
- 50 grams wood ear mushrooms, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 3 tablespoons fried shallots
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 3 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions

1Mix rice flour with water and salt to create a smooth batter. Let rest for 5 minutes.

2Heat a non-stick pan or bánh cuốn mold over medium heat and lightly oil it.

3Pour a thin layer of batter onto the hot surface and spread evenly. Steam for about 30 seconds until translucent.

4While the rice sheet is still warm, add a line of pork filling, mushrooms, and dill in the center.

5Roll the rice sheet tightly into a cylinder and slide onto a serving plate. Repeat with remaining batter.

6For the dipping sauce, combine fish sauce, sugar, lime juice, minced garlic, and a little water.

7Top the rolls with crispy fried shallots and serve immediately with the dipping sauce.
