Ingredients

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 250g grilled chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, shaved
  • 1/2 cup croutons, crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

    Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet for 30 seconds each side to make them pliable.

    In a bowl, toss the chopped romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing until evenly coated.

    Lay each tortilla flat and arrange sliced grilled chicken down the center.

    Top with dressed lettuce, shaved parmesan, and crushed croutons.

    Sprinkle with black pepper, fold in the sides, and roll tightly into a wrap.
