Ingredients

  • 4 fresh cornetti pastries
  • 150g fresh spring strawberry jam
  • 30g powdered sugar for dusting
  • 4 cups freshly brewed cappuccino
  • 1 fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

    Warm the cornetti in a preheated oven at 160°C for 5 minutes until slightly crispy on the outside.

    Carefully slice each cornetto horizontally and spread generous amounts of spring strawberry jam inside.

    Dust with powdered sugar and garnish with fresh mint.

    Serve immediately alongside a freshly made cappuccino.
