Ingredients
- 1 pita bread
- 1 romaine lettuce, chopped
- 2 medium tomatoes, diced
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 4 radishes, sliced
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp sumac
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp pomegranate molasses
- to taste salt and pepper
Instructions

1Cut pita bread into small squares and toast or fry until golden and crispy. Set aside.

2Combine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, radishes, green onions, mint, and parsley in a large bowl.

3Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, sumac, garlic, pomegranate molasses, salt, and pepper.

4Pour dressing over vegetables and toss well.

5Add crispy pita chips just before serving and toss gently.

6Sprinkle extra sumac on top and serve immediately.
