Ingredients
- 200g all-purpose flour
- 4 eggs
- 60g sugar
- 100ml milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
Instructions

1Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease 4 oval or rectangular baking molds.

2Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Add milk and melted butter, whisking until smooth.

3Pour batter into molds, filling about 2/3 full. Crack one whole egg into the center of each.

4Sprinkle chopped chives over the top. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden and eggs are set.

5Let cool slightly before serving warm.
