Ingredients
- 500g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 7g instant yeast
- 300ml warm water
- 2 tbsp olive oil for dough
- 6 tbsp za'atar
- 8 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 pinch salt for topping
Instructions

1Mix flour, salt, sugar, and yeast in a large bowl. Add warm water and olive oil, knead until smooth and elastic. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.

2Preheat oven to 220°C. Divide dough into 4 portions and roll each into an oval shape.

3Mix za'atar with olive oil and a pinch of salt to form a paste. Spread generously over each flatbread.

4Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are golden and crispy. Serve warm.
