Ingredients
- 500g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 cup fine semolina
- 1 cup warm water
- 100g softened butter
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 4 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp butter for serving
Instructions

1Mix flour, semolina, salt, and sugar in a large bowl. Gradually add warm water and knead until smooth and elastic. Divide into 8 balls and let rest for 15 minutes.

2Combine softened butter with oil. Flatten each ball on an oiled surface into a thin square, brush with butter mixture, then fold edges to center creating layers.

3Heat a flat griddle over medium heat. Cook each msemen for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy with visible flaky layers.

4Serve warm, drizzled with honey and topped with a pat of fresh butter.
