Ingredients
- 4 slices thick brioche bread
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp butter
- maple syrup for serving
Instructions

1Mix cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth, then fold in half of the sliced strawberries.

2Cut a pocket into each brioche slice and stuff generously with the cream cheese mixture.

3Whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon in a shallow dish.

4Dip stuffed bread slices in egg mixture, coating both sides.

5Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and cook French toast until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.

6Serve topped with remaining fresh strawberries and warm maple syrup.
