Ingredients
- 800 g chicken breast, cubed
- 150 ml plain yogurt
- 3 tablespoons tikka masala paste
- 400 ml canned tomatoes
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 2 onions, finely sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions

1Marinate chicken cubes in yogurt, tikka masala paste, and ginger for 30 minutes.

2Heat oil in a large pan and cook marinated chicken until golden, then set aside.

3In the same pan, sauté sliced onions until softened, then add garlic and cook for 1 minute.

4Stir in tikka masala paste and cook for 2 minutes until fragrant.

5Add canned tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes, breaking them down.

6Return chicken to the pan, add cumin and garam masala, and simmer for 15 minutes.

7Stir in heavy cream and cook for 5 minutes until the sauce is smooth and rich.

8Season with salt and pepper, garnish with fresh cilantro, and serve hot.
