Ingredients
- 1 cup rice flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 pinch salt
- 200g ground pork
- 100g mushrooms, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Fresh herbs cilantro, mint, dill
- 2 tbsp fish sauce dipping sauce
Instructions

1Mix rice flour, water, and salt to create a thin, smooth batter and let rest 10 minutes.

2Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic, then add ground pork and mushrooms, cooking until done. Season with fish sauce and set aside to cool.

3Heat a non-stick pan and lightly oil it. Pour a thin layer of batter, tilting to spread evenly, and steam for about 1-2 minutes until translucent.

4Place a spoonful of pork filling in the center, then gently roll the rice pancake tightly.

5Transfer rolls to a serving plate and serve with fresh herbs, pickled vegetables, and fish sauce dipping sauce on the side.
