Ingredients
- 4 kg pork shoulder
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 cups BBQ sauce
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 6 soft hamburger buns
- 2 cups coleslaw
Instructions

1Preheat oven to 135°C (275°F).

2Mix paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl.

3Rub the spice mixture all over the pork shoulder, covering all sides evenly.

4Place pork shoulder in a large roasting pan and add apple cider vinegar to the bottom.

5Cover tightly with foil and roast for 3.5 to 4 hours until meat is very tender and shreds easily.

6Remove from oven and let rest for 15 minutes, then shred the pork using two forks.

7Mix shredded pork with BBQ sauce and return to the pan to heat through.

8Toast the hamburger buns and fill with pulled pork mixture.

9Top with coleslaw and serve immediately with your favorite summer sides.
