Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 medium zucchini
- 1 medium carrot
- 150g beef (thinly sliced)
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 3 tbsp gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- to taste salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions

1Season spinach with minced garlic, 1 tbsp sesame oil, and salt. Steam or blanch for 2 minutes, then drain.

2Julienne the zucchini and carrot. Sauté each separately in a pan with a pinch of salt until tender, about 3 minutes each.

3Slice mushrooms and sauté with garlic and soy sauce until golden.

4Season beef with soy sauce and garlic. Stir-fry in a hot pan until cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.

5Mix gochujang with 1 tbsp sesame oil and 1 tbsp water to create sauce.

6Divide rice between two bowls. Arrange vegetables and beef on top in sections.

7Fry one egg per bowl until the white is set but yolk remains runny.

8Place fried egg in center of each bowl and drizzle with gochujang sauce.

9Sprinkle sesame seeds and serve immediately, mixing before eating.
