- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1.75 cups milk
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1.5 cups fresh blueberries
- to taste maple syrup

1In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

2In another bowl, beat eggs and mix with milk and melted butter.

3Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until just combined; some lumps are okay.

4Gently fold in fresh blueberries.

5Heat a griddle or non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly butter it.

6Pour batter into round portions and cook until bubbles form on top, about 2-3 minutes.

7Flip carefully and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
