Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 1.5 cups fresh blueberries
- to taste maple syrup
- as needed butter for griddle
Instructions

1In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

2In another bowl, beat eggs and combine with milk and melted butter.

3Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until just combined; batter should be slightly lumpy.

4Gently fold in blueberries, reserving a few for topping.

5Heat a griddle or non-stick pan over medium-high heat and lightly butter it.

6Pour 1/4 cup batter onto the griddle for each pancake.

7Cook until bubbles form on the surface and edges look set, about 2-3 minutes, then flip.

8Cook the other side until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes.

9Transfer to a plate and serve warm with maple syrup and butter.
