Ingredients
- 800g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 6 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups steamed white rice
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

1In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, ginger, half the green onions, rice vinegar, and water to create the marinade.

2Add the thinly sliced beef to the marinade and mix well, ensuring all pieces are coated. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.

3Heat a large skillet or grill pan over high heat. Working in batches, cook the marinated beef for 2-3 minutes per side until caramelized and cooked through. Transfer to a plate.

4In the same skillet, fry the eggs sunny-side up or to your preference, seasoning with salt and pepper.

5Divide steamed rice among serving bowls and top with the cooked bulgogi beef.

6Place a fried egg on top of each rice bowl and garnish with remaining green onions and sesame seeds.
