Ingredients
- 800 g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 6 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 pear, grated
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

1Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, grated pear, minced garlic, and rice vinegar in a bowl to create the marinade.

2Place the thinly sliced beef in a large bowl and pour the marinade over it, ensuring all pieces are well coated.

3Let the beef marinate for at least 15-20 minutes at room temperature, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.

4Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill to high heat and lightly oil the surface.

5Grill the marinated beef slices for 2-3 minutes per side until cooked through and slightly charred.

6Transfer the cooked bulgogi to a serving plate and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
