Ingredients
- 800 g chicken breast, cubed
- 400 ml tomato puree
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 teaspoons garam masala
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 2 tablespoons yogurt
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions

1Marinate chicken in yogurt, turmeric, and salt for 20 minutes.

2Heat oil in a large pan and cook marinated chicken until golden. Remove and set aside.

3In the same pan, melt butter and sauté onions until golden brown.

4Add garlic and ginger, cook for 2 minutes until fragrant.

5Stir in garam masala, cumin, and paprika, cooking for 1 minute.

6Add tomato puree and simmer for 10 minutes.

7Return chicken to the pan and cook for 15 minutes until tender.

8Stir in heavy cream and simmer for 5 minutes.

9Season with salt and pepper to taste.

10Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with rice or naan.
