Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 slices ciabatta bread
  • 4 oz fresh mozzarella
  • 2 ripe tomatoes, sliced
  • 8 fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions

    Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
