Ingredients
- 1 cup boiled chickpeas
- 2 medium tomatoes, diced
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp tamarind chutney
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp chaat masala
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 green chili, minced
- Salt to taste
Instructions

1Mix boiled chickpeas with cumin powder and salt in a large bowl.

2Add diced tomatoes, cucumber, and green chili to the chickpeas.

3In a small bowl, whisk yogurt with tamarind chutney until well combined.

4Pour the yogurt mixture over the vegetables and chickpeas.

5Sprinkle chaat masala and fresh cilantro on top.
