Ingredients
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- ½ cup boiled potatoes, cubed
- ¼ cup boiled chickpeas
- ¼ cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- ½ tsp chaat masala powder
- ¼ tsp cumin powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp crispy sev (fried gram flour noodles)
Instructions

1Combine diced cucumber, tomato, boiled potatoes, and chickpeas in a large bowl.

2In a small bowl, whisk together yogurt, lime juice, chaat masala, and cumin powder.

3Pour the yogurt mixture over the vegetables and gently toss to combine.

4Add fresh mint leaves and season with salt and pepper to taste.
