Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • ½ cup boiled potatoes, cubed
  • ¼ cup boiled chickpeas
  • ¼ cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • ½ tsp chaat masala powder
  • ¼ tsp cumin powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp crispy sev (fried gram flour noodles)

Instructions

    Combine diced cucumber, tomato, boiled potatoes, and chickpeas in a large bowl.

    In a small bowl, whisk together yogurt, lime juice, chaat masala, and cumin powder.

    Pour the yogurt mixture over the vegetables and gently toss to combine.

    Add fresh mint leaves and season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Top with crispy sev just before serving for crunch.

    Serve immediately at room temperature.
