Ingredients
- 8 slices bacon
- 4 slices bread, white or wheat
- 2 cups fresh lettuce
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- to taste salt and pepper
Instructions

1Cook bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat until crispy, about 8-10 minutes. Drain on paper towels.

2Toast bread slices until golden brown.

3Spread mayonnaise on one side of each toast slice.

4Layer lettuce on two bread slices, then add tomato slices and crumbled bacon on top.

5Place remaining toast slices on top, mayonnaise side down.

6Cut sandwiches diagonally and serve immediately.
