- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 2 medium cucumbers, grated
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon mint leaves, chopped
- salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions

1Whisk yogurt in a bowl until smooth and creamy.

2Squeeze excess moisture from grated cucumber using a clean cloth.

3Add grated cucumber to the yogurt and mix well.

4Heat olive oil in a small pan and toast cumin seeds until fragrant (about 1 minute).

5Pour the warm oil with cumin seeds into the yogurt mixture.

6Stir in red chili powder, cilantro, and mint leaves.
