Ingredients
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1/2 cup radishes, sliced
- 1/3 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
- 2 pita breads
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp sumac
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

1Cut pita breads into triangles and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 8-10 minutes until crispy and golden brown.

2In a large bowl, combine romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell peppers, radishes, parsley, and mint.

3In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, sumac, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.

4Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss gently to combine.

5Just before serving, top with crispy pita chips and toss lightly to avoid sogginess.
