Ingredients
- 2 cups mixed lettuce, torn
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
- 2 tablespoons sumac
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 pita bread, toasted and broken into chips
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

1Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place in a large bowl.
