Ingredients
- 500 g black beans, soaked overnight
- 300 g pork shoulder, cubed
- 200 g pork ribs
- 150 g smoked sausage, sliced
- 100 g bacon, chopped
- 2 onions, diced
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 orange, sliced
- 2 liters beef broth
- to taste salt and black pepper
Instructions

1Drain the soaked black beans and rinse thoroughly.

2In a large pot, fry bacon until crispy, then set aside. Add diced onions and minced garlic, sauté until golden.

3Add the pork shoulder cubes and pork ribs, browning on all sides for 8-10 minutes.

4Pour in the beef broth and add the drained black beans, bay leaves, and cooked bacon.

5Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.

6Add the smoked sausage slices and continue simmering for another 30 minutes.

7Season with salt and pepper to taste.

8Serve hot in bowls with white rice, orange slices on the side, and farofa sprinkled on top.
