Ingredients
- 4 slices brioche bread
- 2 eggs
- 100 ml whole milk
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 150 g mixed spring berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
- pinch salt
Instructions

1Whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and salt in a shallow bowl

2Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat until foaming

3Dip each brioche slice into the egg mixture for 2-3 seconds per side, coating evenly

4Place coated brioche slices in the hot skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown

5Flip carefully and cook the other side for another 3-4 minutes until golden

6Transfer to serving plates and top with fresh spring berries

7Dust generously with powdered sugar and serve immediately
