Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cups fresh spring berries (strawberries, raspberries)
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 cup crème fraîche
Instructions

1Mix flour and eggs in a large bowl.

2Gradually add milk and water, stirring to combine.

3Add salt and melted butter; beat until smooth.

4Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and lightly butter it.

5Pour 1/4 cup batter into the center and tilt the skillet to spread evenly.

6Cook for about 1-2 minutes until the bottom is light brown, then flip and cook the other side for 30 seconds.

7Transfer to a plate and repeat with remaining batter.

8Serve warm crêpes topped with fresh berries, a drizzle of honey, and a spoonful of crème fraîche.
