Ingredients
- 4 slices brioche bread
- 2 eggs
- 100 ml whole milk
- 1 tbsp butter
- 250 g fresh strawberries
- 100 ml whipped cream
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions

1Slice brioche bread into 2 cm thick slices and set aside.

2In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.

3Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat until foaming.

4Dip each brioche slice into the custard mixture, coating both sides evenly, then place in the hot skillet.

5Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy on the outside while remaining soft inside.

6Transfer to serving plates and top with fresh strawberries and a generous dollop of whipped cream.

7Drizzle with honey and serve immediately while warm.
