- 4 eggs

- 4 slices brioche or white bread
- 30 g butter
- 200 g mixed fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
- 15 g powdered sugar
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions

1In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.

2Heat butter in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.

3Dip each bread slice into the egg mixture, coating both sides evenly, then place in the hot skillet.
