Ingredients
- 2 large tomatoes, cut into chunks
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup Kalamata olives
- 200g feta cheese, cubed
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

1Cut tomatoes into chunks and place in a large bowl.

2Add sliced cucumber, red onion, Kalamata olives, and feta cheese cubes.

3In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper.
