Greek Horiatiki Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1 large cucumber, sliced
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Kalamata olives
  • 200g feta cheese, cut into chunks
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

    Arrange tomato wedges and cucumber slices on a serving platter

    Scatter red onion slices and Kalamata olives over the vegetables

    Place feta cheese chunks on top

    Drizzle with olive oil and red wine vinegar

    Sprinkle with dried oregano, salt, and pepper

    Serve immediately without tossing, allowing each person to mix as desired
