Ingredients
- 2 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 large cucumber, sliced
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup Kalamata olives
- 200g feta cheese, cut into chunks
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

1Arrange tomato wedges and cucumber slices on a serving platter
