Greek Horiatiki Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 medium tomatoes, cut into chunks
  • 1 large cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 medium red onion, sliced
  • 1 cup Kalamata olives
  • 200g feta cheese, cubed
  • 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • to taste sea salt and pepper

Instructions

    Cut tomatoes into chunks and place in a large bowl

    Add diced cucumber and sliced red onion
  3. 3
    Add Kalamata olives and feta cheese cubes
  4. 4
    Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil
  5. 5
    Sprinkle oregano, salt, and pepper over the salad
  6. 6
    Gently toss to combine, being careful not to break the feta
  7. 7
    Serve immediately at room temperature
