Ingredients
- 3 medium tomatoes, cut into chunks
- 1 large cucumber, diced
- 1/2 medium red onion, sliced
- 1 cup Kalamata olives
- 200g feta cheese, cubed
- 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- to taste sea salt and pepper
Instructions

1Cut tomatoes into chunks and place in a large bowl

2Add diced cucumber and sliced red onion

3Add Kalamata olives and feta cheese cubes

4Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil

5Sprinkle oregano, salt, and pepper over the salad

6Gently toss to combine, being careful not to break the feta

7Serve immediately at room temperature
