Ingredients
- 3 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 200g Feta cheese, cubed
- 100g Kalamata olives
- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 pinch of sea salt and black pepper
Instructions

1Combine tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, and red onion in a large bowl.

2Add Kalamata olives and gently toss.

3In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper.

4Pour dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
