Greek Salad with Feta and Olives

Ingredients

  • 2 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Kalamata olives
  • 200g feta cheese, cubed
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions

    Combine tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion in a large bowl.

    Add Kalamata olives and feta cheese cubes.

    In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper.
