Greek Salade Horiatiki

Ingredients

  • 3 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1 large cucumber, diced
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 200g feta cheese, cubed
  • 100g Kalamata olives
  • 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions

    Cut tomatoes into wedges and place in a large bowl.

    Add diced cucumber, sliced red onion, and Kalamata olives.

    Top with cubed feta cheese.

    Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and red wine vinegar.

    Sprinkle dried oregano over the salad.

    Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Toss gently just before serving to combine flavors.
