Ingredients
- 3 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 large cucumber, diced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 200g feta cheese, cubed
- 100g Kalamata olives
- 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- to taste salt and pepper
Instructions

1Cut tomatoes into wedges and place in a large bowl.

2Add diced cucumber, sliced red onion, and Kalamata olives.

3Top with cubed feta cheese.

4Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and red wine vinegar.

5Sprinkle dried oregano over the salad.

6Season with salt and pepper to taste.
