Ingredients
- 6 sheets phyllo dough
- 500g fresh spinach
- 200g feta cheese
- 1 medium onion
- 2 eggs
- 100ml olive oil
- 1 tsp dried dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

1Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Finely chop the spinach and onion.

2Sauté spinach and onion in olive oil until softened, about 5 minutes. Cool slightly.

3Crumble feta cheese and mix with spinach, beaten eggs, dill, salt, and pepper.

4Brush a baking dish with olive oil. Layer 3 sheets of phyllo, brushing each with oil.

5Spread spinach-feta mixture evenly over phyllo base.

6Top with remaining 3 phyllo sheets, brushing each with oil. Score into squares.

7Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

8Cool for 5 minutes before serving warm.
